Holiday Inn Express

The Holiday Inn Express in Red Deer, Alberta incorporated our Composite TotalJoist system. On this project, we worked closely with the client through all stages of design and construction.

The wall panels were supplied as “kits”meanings that all components were designed and manufactured in Princeton, ON and assembled in Edmonton through the use of our drawings provided.

The system was installed in the dead of winter by a traditional drywall crew that was installing our system for the first time. We provided detailed direction and made multiple site visits to ensure that installation was going according to our drawings and specs. By the second floor, the crew was achieving an 8 day turn-around per floor.
