Hatcher Residence

The owners of this custom home were looking for a superior flooring system that wouldn’t squeak like plywood and wouldn’t warp or twist. They choose to use Composite TotalJoist on wood walls which allowed for carpenter friendly walls, but with a solid feeling floor. Composite TotalJoist was also used in the floor of the garage to create a floor that could support a car while allowing for living space below.
